Margaret Khalil Hoffmaster

Maggie has been a member of the firm since she graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University in 1991. Throughout her professional career, she has gained extensive litigation and trial experience in the handling of catastrophic injury matters. Maggie primarily practices in the area of insurance defense litigation and plaintiff personal injury litigation to include motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents and wrongful death claims; commercial subrogation; and products liability litigation. Maggie is deeply committed and compassionate in serving her clients which goes beyond their litigation needs. Recognizing the human element in her cases and the complexity of litigation, Maggie is effective at advocating her clients’ position, providing an honest assessment of their claims and options, and creating a positive experience as they are faced with the intricacies involved in legal matters.

Maggie, still a native New Yorker at heart, loves living in Arizona with her husband John and their two sons. In between attending her sons’ baseball games and theater shows, Maggie enjoys sharing quality time with her family and friends.
